Karat Creation has been manufacturing carbon fiber products for many years. During this time, we have accumulated extensive experience, allowing us to produce high-quality products of any complexity (carbon fiber plates).

We offer carbon fiber plates, carbon sheets, carbon fiber sheets, carbon fiber boards, Kevlar plates, Kevlar sheets, aramid plates, and Kevlar plates.

Carbon fiber (carbon fiber) is characterized by high strength, wear resistance, and can withstand enormous tensile loads, as well as high resistance to pressure and bending.

Carbon fiber plates are highly heat-resistant, have a very low coefficient of linear expansion, and are resistant to corrosion, aggressive chemical environments, and bacterial attack.

Carbon fiber sheets (carbon plates) are widely used in aviation, rocket science, sports equipment manufacturing, model building, robotics, and hobby engineering.

We manufacture carbon fiber (carbon-reinforced plastic) plates and sheets of various sizes for further cutting and use in manufacturing and finishing.

Carbon fiber sheets can be milled, sawed, or cut with a waterjet. Punctures in carbon fiber sheets must be pre-drilled to prevent delamination.

Plates up to 350 x 1000 mm in size are produced by pressing and have a smooth (glossy) surface on both sides.

We customize the thickness of carbon fiber plates. The thicker the plate, the greater its rigidity, but increasing the sheet thickness increases the product’s weight.
